Brasil IV Rio Burle Marx
Roberto Burle Marx was a landscape architect, painter, and sculptor. We were lucky to have the opportunity to visit his estate on the outskirts of Rio. Here, he collected and experimented with over 3,500 species of plants. There are at least 30 plant species that he discovered and are named after him. I highly recommend going here if you get a chance!

Brasil I - Sao Paulo
Just back from an amazing trip to Brasil. We traveled to Sao Paulo, Curitiba, Penha Armacao, and Rio de Janiero. We found the people of Brasil to be some of the most friendly, warm, and open people we've ever met. From what we've seen, a beautiful and colorful country...a stark contrast to the winter greys of New York. Gathered some good research and information for new work and were happy to make new friends.....missing Brasil already! More pics to follow.

View from our room in Sao Paulo at the Boss House. If you are traveling to Sao Paulo, you have to stay here. Great location and Milena, Clemente, and the Boss are the best!
